NAIL BITING EVENING:

 NAIL BITING EVENING:

This evening again on my settee,
I sat awaiting last night's vote.
Daniel and partner did a Greese rountine
"Daniel as John Travolta" I qoute.

The judges last night was most critical
But Danny Boy kept a smile on his face.
I thought it great all the same,
Watching him in this "Dance Race"

Tonight, one by one the dancers
Were told to return next week.
I was beginning to feel uneasy
And could barely speak.

Then there were just two couples left,
One to return the other to dance again.
With bated breath , as like a scene from "Psycho"
I could hear the ticking of the clock quite plain..

Then came the magic nane "Daniel O Donnell",
Live to dance another routine.
I hope he does well next week
The judges not being so mean.

    1. Thanks Gregg, I don't think he will win as I know one of the judges have written to say that his partner didn't want him as her partner. People who live in S. Ireland are crossing the border to N. Ireland to vote as S. Ireland is a republic and the BBC only allows people from the UK to vote. So it all depends whether he gets suffiicent votes.. I do hope so.

  4. You kept me on the edge of my seat with this poetic account. Hope Daniel makes it to the end, but even if he doesn't I think it's quite an accomplishment to just make it on that show.

    1. I agree with you Lee, it quite an accomplishment for him doing that show as it is way out of his comfort zone but he is doing well all the same.

  7. I don't see Dancing with the Stars here very often, but when I do I'm amazed at how well some of the amateur dancers do.

    1. I was horrified when one by one everyone else was named to return next week,
Fancy leaving him right to the last? People are crossing the border from the Republic of Ireland to N. Ireland to vote as the BBC only allows UK voters.
