TWO SPECIAL MEN, ONE BIRTHDATE:

 TWO SPECIAL MEN ONE BIRTHDATE.
10/11/2015
(written at 01-19am)
To-day would have been birthdays
Of two special men in my life.
One I was a daughter,
The other I was a wife.

My dad pictured above,
Passed away when I was three,
But he was often talked about
Which made him special to me.

My husband also is no longer with me,
But we shared thirty-five happy years together.
We always got by,
Whatever storms we had to weather.

There would have been birthday celebrations
If hubby was still here.
He was not only loved by me and family
But by friends and neighbours so dear.

So to you my "Special Dad"
And to you a husband much loved.
I wish you both Happy Birthdays,
As you rest in Heaven above.
