We are what we eat,
Is very often said.
Plenty of fruit, veg and grain,
When our tummies need to be fed.
A healthy diet is a must,
To achieve healthy living.
To eat too much chocolate etc,
Would be unforgiving.
One must not forget the drinking,
No! not the scotch or gin.
But plenty of fresh water,
To hydrate us, also good for our skin.
So along with less anxiety,
Keep our brain active and confidence,
A healthy eating habit
Is only common sense.
