THE 2016 A TO Z CHALLENGE: J IS FOR.........

 WELCOME TO THE TENTH LETTER
IN THE A TO Z CHALLENGE 2016:
MY THEME IS HOW TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY BODY
AND MIND:
 THE PAUL MCKENNA PHD. WAY:
J IS FOR
Jealousy is an emotion
That sometimes rears it's ugly head.
It is much preferable not to have it
After all is done and said.

To be jealous of other people,
Either what they possess or are.
Wealth to me is unimportant,
But the simple things in life are by far.

Jealousy can "Eat" at your mind,
Not a pleasant feeling I don't doubt.
Be grateful what you have in your life.
You'll be happier in life, inside and out.

Next time one feels that "Jealous Pang".
Feel happy for the other person's success.
Be happy for the person you are,
And your life won't get in a mess.

Jealousy is an awful, evil emotion to bear and to bare to the world.
