THE 2016 A TO Z CHALLENGE: N IS FOR ........

WELCOME EVERYONE TO THE 14TH LETTER OF
THE A TO Z CHALLENGE 2016:
MY THEME IS HOW TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY BODY
AND MIND
 THE PAUL MCKENNA PHD WAY.

N IS FOR

Negativity is the main source
Of  people getting stressed.
Thinking only of what MIGHT occur
Will certainly get your mind, body and life in a mess.

Negative thinking is common place
In this changing world we live.
Some folk don't realise how they think.
Then wonder "What Have I Got To Give?"

They think they are not worthy,
Of their relations or indeed their friends.
But it is only negative thoughts,
That's cirulating around in their head.

When I became a widow many years ago,
I admit I was negative for a while.
But on reading and listening to Paul's CDS.
I felt more positive and began to smile.

I got myself a life,
Travelled world wide.
All  negative thoughts,
Completely out of my mind.

So as we approach the week-end.
I wish you all a most enjoyable one.
Put a smile on your face and think positive,
Forget negativity ......and have much fun.

  1. Rightly so Yvonne! There are negative thoughts that should not be. One worries unnecessarily and 95% of the time the worries will not happen. Good to bring it to the open and face it head-on! Have a great week-end too Ma'am!

  5. This N emotion just wears me out. I can only go negative for a few minutes before I need a nap and people don't want to be around me.

  7. It's so easy in this crazy world to let negativity take over our lives. Nothing goes right at times and we get gloomy. You have a lovely attitude, Yvonne, and your lovely thoughts help us look on the positive side of life. Have a great weekend.

    1. Back in 2014 a bad relationship ended and I had to find somewhere else to live. Having no one to help me I hit rock bottom, but I got Paul's books out again and today feel ten times better. I may be living alone but with Paul's books and Danny Boy;s cds and dvd's how can I be lonely plus all you lovely people and your blogs.
      Thanks for the comment.
      Yvonne.

  8. I've had a few low points where I struggled with some negative thinking but fortunately, having four kids to raise gave me little time to think about myself. You just keep going.

  9. And one positive word can mean so much to someone dealing with negativity. I try hard to remember that. We can do a lot of harm or a lot of good depending on which way we go with our words. Thanks Yvonne!
