Negativity is the main source
Of people getting stressed.
Thinking only of what MIGHT occur
Will certainly get your mind, body and life in a mess.
Negative thinking is common place
In this changing world we live.
Some folk don't realise how they think.
Then wonder "What Have I Got To Give?"
They think they are not worthy,
Of their relations or indeed their friends.
But it is only negative thoughts,
That's cirulating around in their head.
When I became a widow many years ago,
I admit I was negative for a while.
But on reading and listening to Paul's CDS.
I felt more positive and began to smile.
I got myself a life,
Travelled world wide.
All negative thoughts,
Completely out of my mind.
So as we approach the week-end.
I wish you all a most enjoyable one.
Put a smile on your face and think positive,
Forget negativity ......and have much fun.
