 WELCOME AGAIN TO THE SIXTEENTH LETTER
IN THE 2016 A TO Z CHALLENGE:
MY THEME IS HOW TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY BODY
AND MIND
 THE PAUL MCKENNA PHD WAY:

P IS FOR
The first thing towards a healthy body and mind,
Of course is to be full of positivity.
A positive person's body language,
Is there for all to see.
 
A happy positive person,
Is similar to a month being drawn to a flame.
Others will gather around you,
Hoping they'll feel the same.
 
A positive person always has
Good posture, another "P" letter I see.
They walk with their head held high,
And see life like another "P" letter so pleasantly.
 
So to people who feels negative,
Take a tip from me.
I've seen the negative side of life,
But prefer to be full of positivity.

  1. As a teacher, I really tuned into positive and negative body language. People don't know how much they give away by their posture.

  6. Soooooo true. It takes so much energy to go negative, and so little to smile and look on the bright side. I, of course, have to keep reminding myself of that.

  11. I totally agree with this. I try to have a positive attitude. Sometimes it's hard, but turns out better if I don't fret and think positive. Thanks for the reminder.
