 WELCOME TO THE 21ST LETTER OF THE
A TO Z CHALLENGE 2016:
MY THEME IS HOW TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY BODY
AND MIND
 THE PAUL MCKENNA PHD WAY:

U IS FOR

Have you ever experienced during the day,
When your energy begins to sap.
Well that's due to the "Ultradian Rhythms".
Which indicates your body and mind needs a nap.
 
Every ninety minutes or so our being
Stops externally and needs to replenish it's energy.
So should you feel as though your day dreaming 
That 's the reason why.

If you're in a convienient place.
And also have the time.
Why don't you help your body and mind,
And close your eyes and relax whilst your energy do climb.

One need only do this this once or twice a day,
It's a habit worth continuing.
So we'll feel better on the inside and out,
Also it's not  very time consuming/
 
So next time you feel day dreamy,
Just remember it's nap time for body and mind,
Close your eyes for five -fifthteen minutes,
And a better day will be yours you'll find.

  5. Someone told me we nap like this all the time, even when we drive a car. For just a few seconds to refresh. I guess that's okay so long as our subconscious pays attention to the road!
