THE 2016 A TO Z CHALLENGE: W IS FOR.............

WELCOME TO THE 23RD LETTER OF THE
A TO Z CHALLENGE 2016:
MY THEME IS HOW TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY BODY
AND MIND:
 THE PAUL MCKENNA PHD WAY

W IS FOR
WORRY:

We all have worries at times,
But it's how we interperet those worries.
Some reason them through,
Others make it their "Stories"

Worries cannot be avoided.
But to worry about something you cannot do nowt about.
Or something that may never happen,
Is a health hazzard without a doubt.

Worrying can lead to stress,
Anxiety is the next step.
Which can go on to full panic attacks,
And lead you way out of your depth.

Paul, in his book
Eliminate Stress also on his CD.
Did a chapter about worrying.
Which at the time was a great help to me.

I was just widowed,
Lost and alone was I.
I worried about the future,
Reading this, to worries I said "Bye Bye".

There's always a positive outcome
To a negative problem.
That is true I tell you friends.
Say goodbye to worrying and enjoy life more often.

PS:
We had strange weather today.
It started a lovely spring sunshine day,
Lunch time we had a snow storm,
Later in the afternoon we had Thunder storm.

  3. One worries unnecessarily. Apparently 90% of worries are not likely to happen! Rightly thought of Yvonne!

  5. Strange weather indeed. I've learned not to worry about things I can't do anything about, mostly. It's not an easy thing to do.
