I'M WATCHING MY STEP:

 I'M WATCHING MY STEP.
Happy new week to you all.
Hope your week-end was grand.
I 've been watching The Olympics.
Also listening to some new bands.

This past month I've been watching my steps,
On the pedometre attached to my phone.
To try to excercise more,
My flabby muscles I need to tone.
I go for a couple of walks each day.
My steps are recorded there.
I average quite a few steps each day,
But always ready on reaching home for the chair.

My leg muscles are improving,
Which I think is grand.
But to improve my arm muscles,
Do I need to "Walk On My Hands?"

Well Rome wasn't built in a day,
As the old adage do say.
So I'll continue my walking,
And excercise my way.

  1. I really enjoy walking as a form of exercise. Keep going it's amazing how soon you will see the benefits and watching the steps tick up is a great incentive isn't it?

  8. Good for you, Yvonne. Before you know it, you'll have muscles you didn't know you had. I exercised for a while, but got lazy. Must start again. You've inspired me.
