PEACEFUL SUNDAY:

PEACEFUL SUNDAY :
Here's hoping your Sunday is peaceful,
After an arduous week.
May sunshine be in abundance,
As solitude one loves to seek.
 
I have already been out walking,
As a painful night Arthritis wise.
Kept me awake from 3am.
But hey! the sun is high in the sky.
 
I am due my six monthly shot this Friday,
For my painful joints I declare.
But there is always someone worse of than I,
So moan I will not dare.
 
I'm still on cloud nine from last Firday,
Watching Danny Boy on TV.
Although I have the aches and pains,
You couldn't find a happier me.
