BOURNEMOUTH IN NOVEMBER:

BOURNEMOUTH IN NOVEMBER:
Here on the South Coast of the UK,
November is a mixture.
As you can see from the photo above,
It can be pretty as a picture.

But the holiday makers long gone.
Life settles into the autumn/winter routine.
No crowds at the shops for a start.
No queues for taxis are seen.

Today I arose early,
Got my week-end shop done by nine am.
Then had to pop out because of things I'd forgot.
But was back here again by ten.

I have been catching up with my comments,
Of posts I have missed while off line.
Although the sun is shinning it is bitterly cold.
But I feel contentedly fine.

Later I will browse the market.
To see what they have on offer.
Will the items be the same as last week,
Or will there be something that differs.

Have a wonderful week-end,
As you plan your Thanks Giving Day.
We all have much to be thankful for
In our own particulars ways.
