THE A TO Z CHALLENGE 2017: K IS FOR.........

My theme this year is RHYTHM AND RHYME:
Which consists of a song and a poem:
Hope you enjoy:
is for KING OF THE ROAD
by
ROGER MILLER:
Again this is about my late husband,
How his car he loved to drive.
Whether taking the kids to work,
Or hitting the roads so wide.

We travelled many places.
Here in the UK.
Going to visit friends and relations.
Or with our caravan on the highway.

Yes ! he certainly was
"The King Of The Road" to me.
The world was a poorer place when he left.
Ask any friend you may see.

  2. For some men, any excuse to drive their cars they'll take. I'm sure the two of you had some adventures.
