MONDAY POEM: ALL I REALLY NEED:

This poem is from my third book
"Moments of my Life:
I feel particulary lonesome today
being a public holiday:
ALL I REALLY NEED:
My wants are very few my friends.
This lonely existence at my heart do tug.
All I really need
Is just a loveing hug.

To prove that someone cares,
In this world so wide.
Come, give me a hug
As you stand by my side.

I don't ask for wealth.
As I have the beauty around me.
All I really need.
Is someone's arms around me.

Loneliness like laughter is contagious,
This I have you know.
I know which one I prefer.
Come, let you feelings show.

So that I can laugh again.
If only at myself.
All I need is some TLC.
Not monetary wealth.

(I wrote this with my family in mind.)

  7. I'm late with this, Yvonne, but am sending you lots of hugs across the sea. Will hold you in my thoughts every day, with more hugs. So close your eyes and say a prayer, and I will be there, in your heart. Love you.
