THE MAGIC OF A NEW WEEK:

THE MAGIC OF A NEW WEEK{
Monday has come round yet again.
Hopefully gone are last week's gloom.
The magic of a new week begins.
As I look around my room.

The hope in my heart  remains there,
Albeit it's pouring with rain.
At least the flowers will be getting a drink,
As I observe from my window pane.

There's much I want to do this week.
Places I need to go.
Hopefully having a shot in my arthitic shoulder,
So I can move with the flow.

I hope your new week is exciting.
Whatever the weather may be.
May hope and positivity remain in your hearts,
That's my wish to you from me.

  1. A pleasant poetic piece that I enjoyed reading. Well done. It's raining here at the moment, just took my dog out for a walk in it! Sorry you've got a shoulder complaint, hope you get sorted. Good luck with your plans. Enjoy your day and week. Blessings to you.

Thank you. Love love, Andrew. Bye.

    1. I didn't realise you were from the UK. We can sometimes share the same weather when it is encompassing a wide area. Still raining here. Going out now, got the car so wont get wet! Blessings.

Thank you. Love love, Andrew. Bye.

  3. Great poem. Great way to look at Monday too instead of dreading the beginning of a work week.

  4. Thank you for that gift of positivity! It's not raining where I am, neither is it likely to. Too much sun can be an issue as well. BUT every day is a miracle, sun or rain. Have an awesome week moving with the flow.

  6. Ouch to the shot in the shoulder. I've had them in my knee and ankle. Hope it's worth the discomfort.

  11. We've had a nice gentle rain all day today, which makes for cooler weather. The cats are not too happy, because they enjoy going outside. But as cats do, they sleep instead. I hope you had a lovely Monday and a pleasant Tuesday too. I also pray that your shoulder is better and causing you no pain.
