IWSG April 2018:

Welcome all to the April  IWSG:
Hope you have a wonderful month.

There is ALWAYS something to write about.

IWSG: APRIL 2018:

I myself have come up
With this problem many times.
What to write about,
What to put in a rhyme.

I look outside my window,
See people passing by.
Know not of their problems,
Taking one big enormous sigh.

I used to write of my travels,
Until personal problems  arose.
I have thought in the past few months,
"Heck "  feeling a failure I suppose.

But there is always a subject
On hand to write about.
It's our unpredictable weather,
Is a subject without a doubt.

  1. The weather sure gives us much to talk or write about. I think we've had a whole year in a month here!

  6. I'm sure it can be a really big challenge to write about something in rhyme every single day. I don't know how you and Pat do it.

  7. I sometimes wonder what to write about too. My life is happy but it might seem boring to others.

  8. You are so right, Yvonne. There's plenty to write about, we just have to be patient and wait for that inspiration. Then off we go, your poems to delight your readers and my stories for young people. Life is great, even on the bad days. That sun will eventually shine.
