I'M BACK AND IT'S SATURDAY:
Well what a week I've had.
In and out of bed.
Epilepsy and arthritis playing up,
No more on that subject to be said.
 
I'ts Saturday already,
Hopefully get some fresh air.
If it's only to the shops,
I'll take each step with care.
 
I hope your weekend is wonderful,
After all is said and done.
After a long and arduous week.
You all deserve some fun.

    sounds like you need some fun too. Hope you find a nice treat in the shops. That and a cup of tea after fresh air should do the trick. Glad you are up and about!
