MY WRITING:

I first began to "Write " poetry,

When widow hood came my way.

I found I could express myself,

My thoughts and feelings comewhat may.

I mainly write about the happenings

That occur in family and my life.

Poems of sheer happiness,

Many of toil and strife.

Then over the years my writing

Took a turn no less.

I've had four books published.

Which suprised me I confess.

Special mentions must go to Alex,

And to Arlee Bird.

Who wrote on all my books

Most welcomed on their blurbs.

Also another thing suprised me.

That my favourite singer Danny Boy.

He too wrote on the blurbs,

Filling my heart with joy.

I  would like to thank everyone

Who continue to read my post.

Being a lonesome person these days,

Certainly gives me a boost.

HAVE A GREAT MONTH:

  1. You are an amazing talent. Love your work. I started writing stories when I was in sixth grade. As bad life things happened, I used my desire to write--as therapy. I'm glad for it.
