A is for
Anxiety is not a state of mind
To be in for any length of time.
For it can upset your body,
If you have things on your mind.
 
I can relate to this 
With problems in my life.
Whether it was family problems,
Or when I ceased to be a wife.
 
I bought a book by Paul,
Which contained a CD.
Within a few weeks of reading and listening,
I became a different me,
