O IS FOR
When I got wed many moons ago,
Seven stone was my weight.
I know I looked skinny,
But I didn't know any difference I can state.
After I completed having my children,
The pounds gradually crept on.
I never saw seven stone again.
By middle age I felt and looked a ton.
Before I went to reside in Spain,
I bought Paul's book "I Can Make You Thin".
I took it with me to read in Spain,
And the results were astonishing.
On my return to the UK.
The pounds began to creep on again.
Perhaps the reason was,
I did more walking in Spain.
I reached an all time high three years ago.
No! I won't tell you the weight.
But I felt most uncomfortable.
This weight problem I really did hate.
When I had personal problems two years ago,
My weight very graually did wane.
I re-read Paul's book.
Now I look almost human again.
I have lost weight in my arms and legs,
And walking don't make me tire.
But why Oh why is it so difficult.
To get rid of my tummy's spare tyre.?
