Ready to get underway.?
It all boils down to motivation,
To how we live our lives.
How can one achieve our goals,
If we take the perverbial nose dive?
We need to be motivated
In everything we do.
From going to work or household chores.
Which one are you?
Our bodies will benefit to being motivated.
If we are out shopping or doing chores,
The weight won't be putting on.
And we won't be sat around being a bore.
So three cheers for being motivated,
I hope your goals will materialise.
The more motivated we are,
You will see "A New You" before your very eyes.
