WELCOME TO THE 12TH LETTER IN THE A TO Z CHALLENGE
2016:
MY THEME IS HOW TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY BODY
AND MIND
THE PAUL MCKENNA PHD . WAY
L IS FOR
I WROTE THE POEM BELOW 9 YRS AGO AFTER SEEING
PAUL AT A SEMINAR IN LONDON.
LOOK INTO MY EYES:
Look into my eyes
What do you see?
Can you see a remedy
To dispel your negativity?
Look into my eyes,
I'll put you in a trance.
To help you be more positive,
To give life another chance.
Look into my eyes.
Your self confidence needs uplifting.
Hold your head up high.
Life is here for living.
Look into my eyes.
Motivation is what you need.
So get off of your backside,
If your goals you wish to achieve.
Look into my eyes.
Is your life in a mess?
Give me a chance today,
To eliminate strain and stress.
Look into my eyes,
Is your body in a state?
If you take heed to what I say,
You can easily lose some weight.
One is solely responsible,
For the way one lives their life.
Happiness is contagious,
Much better than toil and strife.
If all this sounds too good to be true.
I'm honest, so tell you no lies.
Give yourself a happier life,
Just look into my eyes.
Look into my eyes,
This to you I tell.
At the end of each new day,
One can honestly say "All Is Well"

Great post. Never have been hypnotized. But I agree, I am responsible for my actions and attitudes.
ReplyDeleteThanks Gregg for your comment, much appreciated.

I think we all have to accept that nobody controls us but us, including our inner voices.

I agree Susan, Thanks for the visit and true comment.

Looking into the eyes can tell most distinctly the emotional state. At other times the physical health of the person can be distinguished. Such tell tale signs are not easily revealed by other parts of the body! Rightly so Yvonne! Good choice of L!
