Ever had an embarrassing moment?
I did because of Paul McKenna:
MY EYE TEST:
Yesterday was my annual
Regular eye test.
The sun shinning high in the sky
The onset of spring, weather at it's verybest.
During the examination I heard familiar words,
"Eyes to the right, eyes to the left."
I immediately started to stroke my shoulders and arms,
The optician's look made me feel daft.
You see that is a new work out
In Paul's new book.
It's a new exercise on his DVD,
And his advice i duly took.
I explained to the optician,
All about Paul,
But I don't think it interested him
No, not at all.
Eye test complete,
To his assistant came this refrain,
"Well her eyes seem to be fine"
"Heaven knows about the brain.

At least you were a memorable patient! Glad your eyes checked out.
ReplyDeleteHe won't forget me in a hurry, good to know that eyes apart from the floaters are fine though.
DeleteThat probably wasn't funny for you when it happened, but it's kind of funny to look back on it.
ReplyDeleteYou're so right Sherry, I can already laugh about it.
DeleteGood to be complete and fine indeed
ReplyDeleteTwin comments today Pat? thanks twice over for coming by.
DeleteGood to be complete and fine indeed
ReplyDeleteGlad your eyes are OK even if the optician didn't understand about your DVD exercises.
ReplyDeleteApart from the floaters yes, my eyes are fine, felt a fool doing my Paul McKenna process.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the visit.
Laughing. That is so funny. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI have those annoying floaters too.
I can laugh now Beverly, those floaters are very annoying I agree. I had it in one eye for three years, then suddenly 6 months ago it became evident in the other. But was told it wasn't serious and that after a while one gets used to them.
