WELCOME TO THE A TO Z CHALLENGE 2015:
MY THEME IS TO CHOOSE A SONG TITLE
AND WRITE A POEM INSTEAD OF THE LYRICS:
HOPE YOU ENJOY:
A IS FOR ALL I HAVE TO DO IS DREAM
RECORDED BY THE EVERLY BROTHERS:
When I need to think of happier days,
When the family life was full of fun.
All I have to do is dream,
Albeit rainy or skies of sun.
My mind goes back
To when you were children.
Happy and carefree,
All I have to do is dream
Those days were still with me.
For I no longer figure in your lives,
Sad to say but true.
But all I have to do is dream
When I need a hug from you.
All I have to do is dream
That at times you think of me.
Thinking of good times we had
Beside the Dorset sea.
I hope you're well and happy.
And your faces radiate a beam.
At the end of each day
All I have to do is dream.
All I have to do is dream
That at times you think of me.
Thinking of good times we had
Beside the Dorset sea.
I hope you're well and happy.
And your faces radiate a beam.
At the end of each day
All I have to do is dream.
