Welcome all to March, hope it will be a happy month for all, I have been off line
due to arthitis in my shoulders and am awaiting shots at the end of March.
My fourth book's proofs have arrived so have been editing, The book is to be
called STAND BESIDE ME DANNY BOY, all poems are titles are of songs
sung by Daniel.Today I will give you a preview of one of the poems....hope
you like it.
WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM MY FRIENDS:
I have a blog on the Internet.
Virtual friends quite a few.
I have been on line for many a year,
And have thoroughly enjoyed it too.
The support I have had
From various friends,
Is priceless beyond compare,
As their good luck they send.
First there is Arlee Bird,
One person I met whilst in LA.
He showed us around Hollywood,
What a memorable day/
Another is Alex J. Cavanaugh,
A Sci-Fi author of renown.
We've been virtual friends for many years,
And have never let me down.
The list of my friends from the Net
Are endless to list on here.
They have shared my happiness,
Also shared my tears.
This being the last poem in the book,
My love to them I send.
For I could not have completed it,
Without "A Little Help From My Friends".
Myself and Arlee Bird in Hollywood.
