WELCOME TO DAY NINE OF THE A TO Z CHALLENGE:
ALSO THE START OF THE SECOND WEEK:
MY THEME IS HOW TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY BODY
AND MIND
THE PAUL MCKENNA PHD: WAY
I IS FOR
To have Inner Peace
Is a completely wonderful joy.
It goes on par for me
Like listening to Danny Boy.
To have this wonderful feeling,
One has to feel totally relaxed.
Let all your worries and stress fly out of the window.
It's as simple as that.
As the above qoute do say,
Don't let people or events get you down.
Enjoy that Inner Peace feeling,
With a smile instead of a frown.
I have learned much from Paul's books and CDS,
Over many years I may say.
When I feel the slightest apprehension,
I go to the appropriate book straight away.
For me Inner Peace is a must,
With all that's going on in my life.
I've had quite a relaxing day,
No more tears, no more strife.
Yvonne Lewis:
For me, God is my greatest source of inner peace.

Inner peace is mandatory but so elusive. The danger is one cannot be oneself if inner peace is disturbed. Divine help is an alternative. Wonderful take Yvonne!

I have things I rely on for inner peace My faith in God, my husband who is very supportive, a couple good friends I know will listen to my troubles and sometimes it's putting my hand in the dirt to garden, taking a walk or countung my many blessings.
