REFLECTIONS OF THE A TO Z CHALLENGE 2016:

REFLECTIONS OF THE A TO Z CHALLENGE 2016:
This being my seventh challenge,
Was harder than before.
I usually wrote about a musical theme,
But this year I wanted to do more.

I was pleased to say I survived the month,
I hope those who visited liked what I wrote.
I thought long and hard about each letter,
"I think all went well" I quote.

I would like to thank my faithful followers,
Whose support was paramount.
I had a few people who was blog hopping,
That's what the challenge is all about.

On this challenge I learned alot.
About Cuba, Women Aviators, and Stormy the gnome.
Although the ending was not as I anticipated,
I'm glad he arrived home.

I felt a bit disheartened,
That no new followers I did get.
I would have liked a few more perhaps,
But that is only a small regret.

Many thanks go to the team,
Who made sure it ran OK.
But every challenge always turn out fine,
We wouldn't have it any other way.

There are still a few of us
From the first A to Z.
It was there I met Alex,
Whose been a good friend to me.

Well that's my "Reflections" done.
I really had a swell time.
I look forward reading your "Reflections"
Thank you for reading my rhyme.

  14. Very well written - I love it! I only picked up a few official followers but I had a lot of repeat visitors and that to me means more than clicking follow and never returning!

  16. Finding your blog for the first time as I begin to read the Participants reflections. Another reason to stretch this experience out. This was my 4th year, still learning what works and doesn't. It's a lot of work, as you well know, but worth it.
