ENJOY THE WEEKEND:

ENJOY THE WEEKEND:
Whatever the weather,
Whether it's sunshine or rain.
Put you feet up,
It's weekend again.
 
Take advantage of a few days' rest,
Should your life permit.
Perhaps there are tasks to be done.
But please take time to sit.
 
Here the rain has returned.
This is when I miss Tennessee the cat.
I wonder what his new life has in store,.
I can still picture him on my mat.
 
Once again have a great weekend.
Whatever you may have planned.
Remember to keep a smile on your face,
Throughout this wonderful land.

    it's going to be a weekend of dreary.But I'm catching up with a friend today at a mall. We can walk, window shop, and eat. Should be fun

    It would be nice if you could get a little kitty of your own, since Tennessee has moved away. I'm sure he hasn't forgotten you, Yvonne. However pets are a big and expensive commitment, so I truly get it if people chose not to have a pet. Terry and I lost our beloved dogs decades ago, and we didn't get new pets because of the long hours we worked and our traveling.

    Snow and cold are moving in as I write. We are going to be hunkered down during the storm we are expecting. Fortunately we don't have to venture out. Thanks for the reminder to put my feet up ~ I'm not too good at that! Have a good one!

      I don't think I could go through losing another pet although I am a very lonely person at the moment. Still getting over my son not being here is taking it's toil. Enjoy this month and have fun whatever the weather,

    I work Saturdays, but I always enjoy Saturday night as we watch our grandson for a bit and then Sunday is a good day off. Always good to have the chance to rest!

    Those kitties look like they're having fun. As soon as it warms up, I've promised Patches and Tiger we'll go outside. Don't have a swing, but they like to sit in the back yard and climb the trees.
