WHY I'M A NASHVILLE CAT:

I fell in love with Nashville

Some years ago.

Above is the Ryman Auditorium,

Where I saw Daniel at his show.

Above Daniel is singing with wife Majella,

A lovely couple they make.

The late great Charley Pride was also a guest,

A wonderful concert  they did make.

 

I stopped at the Gaylords Hotel,

A wonderful place to stay.

Above is me playing the piano,

Enjoying myself my way.

 

I also did the tour of the "Grand Ole Opry"

Above is me on "Centre Stage"  no lie,

It was a wonderful experience,

To recall as time continues to go by.

 

Nashville to me is wonderful,

So many memories to recall.

That's why I'm a Nashville Cat,

I certainly had a ball.

 


 Last but not certainly least.

Is a photo of me and Danny Boy.

His concert also visiting the many places there,

Filled my heart with joy.

    I need to spend some time in Nashville and check it out. I've only ever driven through. But you are a great travel booster for the city. Super pics! And excellent memories for you

    Thanks for sharing why you're a Nashville Cat, Yvonne! I've only been to Nashville once for a conference. I didn't get to see much at all, because I had a lot of conference work. But just to be in that musical city was thrilling. Terry went to law school there. I'd love to spend more time in Nashville. I wish I could play the piano, but I likely never will. Love that picture of you!
