THE TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS OF BEING YVONNE:
Today I think I should have stayed in bed,
Nothing seemed to go right,
I got up later than usual,
Looking a complete sight.

I decided I would wash my hair,
But noticed the rubbish needed to go into the bin.
So rushed downstairs with the said rubbish,
The front door slammed ...me unable to get in.

My keys were inside the apartment,
No -one else at about.
I rang the bells of the neighbours,
Ending up giving them a shout.

A passing motorist came to my aide.
He phoned up the agent.
Who duly took me to his office,
Such a kind gent.

The agent brought me back home,
To ensure my keys were inside.
I looked as mentioned a complete mess.
How I wanted to hide.

It is now 12-15pm not a good start
To the day.
I hope the afternoon and evening.
Is better in every way.

    Happened once to me and had to call the lock-smith. Felt like kicking one's butt when the reality of the situation became apparent then.Just one of those things that can happen to anybody. One can just laugh over it now for it makes one more careful in future. As long as nothing material happened as a consequence it is ok! Laugh over it Yvonne!
