THE A TO Z CHALLENGE 2015: F IS FOR FOLLOW THAT DREAM:

 WELCOME TO THE 6TH LETTER
IN THE A TO Z CHALLENGE 2015:
ONCE AGAIN I WILL CHOOSE A SONG TITLE
THEN WRITE MY OWN POEM:

F is for FOLLOW THAT DREAM
RECORDED BY 
ELVIS PRESLEY:
If you've a dream in life,
That you wish to achieve.
Don't rest on your laurels,
In yourself believe.
 
Achieving dreams don't come easy,
Much tenacity is needed.
Just like every garden
When it's time to be weeded.
 
It's not a question of
It comes to those who wait.
It's simply down to you,
I can quite catergorically state.
 
So if you've a dream in mind.
Take a tip from me.
For you never know what you can do
If you don't try to succeed.

    Elvis is my very favorite. I was in a fan club and still play his tapes. Wonderful poem.

    I visited Gracelands some years ago, it was awesome but so overwhelming when you stood next to his final resting place.

    Well said! When the ball is in our court, it's up to us to run with it. I have to remind myself of that all the time.
    For some reason, I like Elvis more the older I get.....not a fan in my younger years.
