WELCOME TO THE 11TH LETTER IN THE
2016 A TO Z CHALLENGE:
MY THEME IS HOW TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY BODY
AND MIND
THE PAUL MCKENNA PHD WAY:
K IS FOR
It's surprising how much knowledge
Filters through one's subconscious mind.
Through reading, listening to CDs
Such as Paul's in every shape, form and kind.
Knowledge comes to mind
When one gets an off day.
It's then you remeber words he has spoken,
In a quite sensational way
You then know exactly what mind excercise to do.
A few minutes in a quiet room.
In a relaxing atmosphere,
Quells all prospects of doom and gloom.
Knowledge in other area's of life,
Also filters through our minds.
No one can be classed as "Brainless".
It's how we choose to use our brain I find.
Knowledge is a powerful thing.
As we learn something new every day.
Use your knowlege wisely,
As you travel along life's way
.

It is all in how we use our brain and the knowledge we've learned.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the visit Alex.
ReplyDeleteYvonne.
I was so lucky as a child to have parents who said I could do anything when I grew up. Tried to do the same with my kids.

I was lucky also , My mother was most supportive, my dad passed away when I was three. I too brought my three up as I was . I wrote in my poem what happened to Paul when he was at school.

Knowledge is powerful, and sometimes we're gathering knowledge and don't even realize it. Great post. I'm learning so much.
