RELAX, IT'S SATURDAY:
Once again the weekend is here,
Time for laughter and fun.
Time to relax for a couple of days,
After all is said and done.

Forgetting the trials and tribulations,
Of the past week.
Whatever the weather may be.
Let happiness you seek.

Hopefully I am going to market,
After getting my weekend shop.
Although it's forcast rain today.
I'll go with a skip and a hop.

To be sure I'll be watching TV,
As my favourite programmes are on.
To curl up in my lovely armchair,
Forgetting the sun hasn't shone.

So happy weekend one and all,
Whatever your plans may be.
Whether your here in the UK,
Or far away across the sea.
