A NEW WEEK:
With the dawn came the onset of a new week,
What has it got in store?
The usual ups and downs of life.
Or perhaps for me more time by the shore.
I hope your week will bring contentedness,
A sense of inner peace would be fine.
Whether you're working or retired.
May you have peace of mind.
I was very busy yesterday,
Shopping was the first job to do.
Then did my laundry.
To name but a few.
Hoping to do some more on my book,
It's proving harder than I thought.
But will carry on regardless.
Never give up....that's what I was taught.
So all you wonderful Blogging Buddies.
Do have a wonderful week.
Whatever your plans at work or at home.
May happiness you seek.

writing is hard, but just let the first run flow. You can always go back to edit. Scribble away and enjoy this Monday. I'm off to work.

Never give up! That's the key, Yvonne. I found working on my memoir slow and painful, but now I find I have made peace with the difficult things in the past through my writing. I hope that writing about your son and his life will bring you peace too. Have a great week!
