FREEDOM

FREEDOM:
I managed to get to the shops at 7am,
To buy some much needed essentials.
Dodging the rain whilst still half asleep
Was certainly for me beneficial.

The Market today has been cancelled,
But that didn't bother me.
I go there most weeks,
But won't mind missing this Thursday.

Hope all is well wherever you are,
Is the sun beaming down on you?
I need to get more fresh air.
Something I've always taken for granted "Phew"

    Beautifully set Yvonne! Fresh air and sunshine is always there but given scant notice by most people. Very true, Ma'am!

    I'm with Sandra - I'll also lend some sun for some rain and cooler temps.
    Fresh air is so nice - I'm ready for some. Ours is humid and thick right now - feels like a hair dryer. Ugh.

    Glad you made it to the store, Yvonne. Yow know what they say about the early bird; it gets the worm. Seems like you got your "worm" this morning by going on so early! It may be a mixed day here of rain and sunshine but enjoying the cooler weather for sure!

    Oh yes, the sun is shining down. One day, though, the weather will cool off and the sun will be a pleasure. I'm glad you were able to get some things you needed. I know when I can't go shopping it messes up my whole schedule. I survive. Have a great rest of the day.

    Oh, yes, I take too many things for granted. Sometimes when I'm taking my walk I thank God that I'm still able to walk. I know others who can not. So, I try to remember to be thankful for what I do have. Glad that you were able to get to the stores for what you needed. Have a restful, calm weekend.
