NEW WEEK....NEW HOPE:

NEW WEEK....NEW HOPE:

Monday has come around once again.
The start of a new week.
One has to have hope in their heart
If happiness they hope to seek.

With the world  still unsettled.
Many of us still remaining indoors.
Oh! for some fresh air.
As fresh as my apartment's floor.

It is cleaned I may say daily,
Whether it needs it or no.
Oh I long for some normality,
As the peaceful waters flow.

So with hope in my heart,
I'll carry on regardless.
Although isolation still persist.
I do "Get Down" at times I must confess.

Do have a wonderful week,
May the sun shine wherever you be.
Who knows in the not to distant future,
I may get to see the sea,

HAPPY NEW WEEK:
Yvonne Lewis:04/05/2020.

    1. I found that being negative only brings more unhappiness so try to look on the bright side. Take care Betty.

  8. Your poster says it just right, Yvonne. The times are hard, but they won''t last forever. And one day ... we'll be able to walk on the beach or whever we wish. I bought myself a funny litle mask to cover my nose and mouth. I've been buying groceries without one, but decided wearing one was best. Some stores won't let you in without one. Now, I'm in style. Have a lovely week. And pray.

    1. My daughter gave me a few mask when they left my groceries outside my door last week. As I live in a house with three apartments one have to be careful of where the other people have been. Thanks for coming by Beverly and take care when going out.
