HERE'S TO A WONDERFUL WEEK:

HERE'S TO A WONDERFUL WEEK:

With November well and truly underway.
Another start to another  new week.
May peace and serenity be yours
As happiness you seek.

We can't control the weather,
That of course is true.
Whether skies be blue or grey,
I'm looking forward to posts from you.

It's good to read about other's lives
In the world wherever you may be.
I would like to take this oppourtunity
To thank you for comments to me.

The days are oh so short now.
The trees completely bare.
Not much evidence of wild life,
Amid our worries and our cares.

Of course dear Tennessee is around,
So I'm not completely out of touch.
Have a wonderful week one and all.
Thank you very much.

  1. Greetings Yvonne. Thank you for being a nice blogging Friend, and I appreciate you visiting my blog and leaving comments. Glad Tennessee is still around to give you some company. A well-written piece that I enjoyed reading. Well done. Are you still going for your walks on Boscombe Beach? Hope so, it's good to get out and get some fresh air which can clear your head. Blessings to you. Love love, Andrew.

  4. Yes, it's already very cold here. Hard for my mom who just moved back to Michigan from Florida last spring. Hope you are getting the support you need as you go through the process of grieving for your son. I know this time of year can be hard. It is for me.

    1. Many thanks Natalie for coming by. Hope your mother is not too cold. I have not got any support whatsoever......that goes for my family also not a word.
Looking at the Xmas decorations and presents don't help that much.

  6. Hi, Yvonne! We woke to wind and several inches of snow this morning. But the sun came out late morning and started to burn the snow away. Stay warm and have a great week!

  7. The snow missed us yesterday, just some drizzly rain. Today the temperature is 20 degrees, windchill 14. We almost always have the wind. Needless to say, I hope to stay indoors. Glad you have Tennessee for company. Have a good day.

  8. The only thing I like about bare trees is the ease of seeing the birds in them.
We still have fall leaves but they are starting to fall.
    YOU have a wonderful week.
