TAKING A BREAK

TAKING A BREAK.

As Christmas is almost here again.
I'm going to be off line.
The truth of the matter I'm still devestated
At the loss of my son and don't feel fine.
Do have a lovely festive season.
Full of happiness.
I hope to return some day soon,
When I'm not in such a mess.

Yvonne.

  3. It's very normal to feel down at the holidays after having a huge loss like you are. Do what you want and that will make you feel better. I hope you get through this first Christmas without your son okay. Wishing you the best and hope to see you in the new year.

  4. Holidays are the hardest time of year after the loss of a loved one. The most common reaction is to withdraw. But I would encourage you to stay connected to people - online or in person. It helps. You are in my thoughts. I wish you a peaceful Christmas and a New Year full of good things. Hugs!
