THURSDAY YET AGAIN:
After a day off the scene yesterday,
I return to see what's going on.
Had not a good night sleeping.
Thinking about my late son John.
I did make my complaint ,
About my therapy wait.
But don't hold out any hopes.
That I can honestly state.
Today is Thursday yet again.
So hopefully off to the market I go.
I also need some provisions.
So my eager face I'll show.
It's still bitterly cold here but dry.
No snow yet have come our way.
That's one thing to be thankful for.
Is what I would like to say.
Tennesssee is having his meal
Before going off on his rounds.
He's such a lovely kitty,
Hardly makes any sounds.
Do have a wonderful Thursday,
Whatever life for you has in store.
After my break from blogging yesterday.

ReplyDeleteThank you Andrew, yes I have many good memories of John, he was a pro footballer in his younger days and played for AFC Bournemouth in the days of Harry Redknapp management.

And it's great to have you back today, Yvonne. Tennessee sounds like a precious cat. So glad you have him to keep you company at times. Right now, Tiger is sitting in the window looking outside, and Patches is on the sofa taking her morning nap. I let them outside when the weather is nice. They love it. Looks like today will be a cold one so we'll likely stay inside. Have a good Thursday.

Hi, Yvonne! I hope that you had a good day. I'll take a dry cold over a wet cold any day. We're looking at snow tomorrow, and I have to go out in it ~ Argh! I saw from you're comment above, that you have to wait for your therapy. I'm sorry to hear that. Take care!
